Job Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality client-focused care in a community setting.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support. Your expertise and passion for nursing will make a positive impact on the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes
  • Assess and develop individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct regular home visits to monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care and progress

Requirements:

  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Satisfactory Australian National Police check
  • Working With Children's Check
  • Current first aid and CPR certificate
  • Driver's licence and reliable presentable car

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a scheduler, case manager, care coordinator, hospital discharge planner or NDIS support coordinator
  • Ability to operate efficiently and deliver excellent service while managing competing priorities
  • Strong relationships with clients and ability to communicate effectively
