- To manage a database of job seekers, ensuring exceptional candidate care and experience
- Possess proven experience in 360° recruitment and new business development
- Demonstrate high-level problem-solving skills and a solution-focused approach
- Show a driven, proactive attitude with a focus on growth opportunities
- Have a strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills
