Milling Operations Manager Position

The ideal candidate for this mill supervisor role will possess a strong background in agricultural stockfeed supplements and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage a team of operational staff to ensure optimal productivity
  • Create and update staff rosters to guarantee seamless production processes
  • Receive, schedule, and fulfill orders from customers and animal nutritionists efficiently
  • Liaise with customers to understand their specific nutritional requirements for their livestock
  • Ensure all raw materials are properly handled, stored, and maintained
  • Contribute to the development of continuous improvement initiatives within the milling operations to enhance efficiency and quality control
