Electrical Supervisor Role

This role is ideal for a skilled and experienced electrical professional who wants to take on a leadership position and make a significant impact in the industry.

About The Opportunity

We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead and coordinate electrical crews across diverse infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have strong planning, organisational and communication skills, and a commitment to safety and quality practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate electrical crews to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Mentor and support tradespeople and apprentices to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage resources and schedules to meet project deadlines and mitigate risks.
  • Monitor works and resolve issues to maintain compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
Requirements:About You
  • Current QLD Electrical Worker's Licence & Manual Driver's Licence.
  • 5+ years' experience in electrical construction, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong planning, organisational and communication skills.
  • Commitment to safety and quality practices.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience on Energex/Ergon networks.
  • HV infrastructure, substations, large customer connections.
  • Overhead/underground reticulation.
  • TMR networks including Rate 3 lighting.
