About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic leader to support our expanding mining team and drive valued customer solutions. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for Parts Exchange, Mining Rental, developing product support solutions, optimizing business growth opportunities through product support sales, forecasting major component requirements, and product problem resolution management.

You'll be an effective communicator with a passion for achieving outstanding results. You'll approach every challenge with energy, drive, and a commitment to excellence. Additionally, you'll be a visible and consistent leader who can motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results.

Your Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring your skills and experience to the forefront. This includes:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Commerce, or an equivalent level of work experience.
  • Leading a small to medium-sized results-oriented team.
  • Experience working with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
  • Extensive sales management experience with a passion for customer service.
  • Sound commercial acumen and knowledge of Sales/Business development methodologies.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused approach with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Experience in supporting Mining, Civil, or Construction equipment.
