Clinical Leader for Palliative Care

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Caloola Centre, providing high-quality, responsive, and individualised care to our residents. As a Clinical Leader, you will plan, organise, and implement care in accordance with individual resident care plans and deliver and promote high standards of professional care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Provide clinical leadership, support, and guidance to care staff, promoting a positive and supportive team environment.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans, working closely with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
Requirements
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Experience in a clinical leadership role, preferably in palliative care
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet objectives and timelines
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
