Clinical Nurse Leader

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Caloola Centre, providing high-quality, responsive, and individualized care to our residents. As a Clinical Nurse Leader, you will plan, organize, and implement care in accordance with individual resident care plans, delivering and promoting high standards of professional care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership, support, and guidance to our care staff
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Experience in a clinical leadership role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
