Job Opportunity

This role supports the recruitment, onboarding, and employee experience team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft job advertisements and post roles online.
  • Conduct initial phone screens with potential applicants.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Support and improve the offboarding process.
  • Manage onboarding activities for new starters.
  • Assist in coordinating graduate and industry programs.
  • Support planning and delivery of related events and activities.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the team.
  • Assist with review and drafting of policies.
  • Support reward and recognition programs.
  • Gain exposure to employment and industrial relations matters.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or Psychology, ideally with a focus on Human Resources.
  • Some professional experience in a similar environment is preferred.
  • An understanding of HR best practices.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and awards is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop generalist HR skills.
  • A proactive attitude with initiative to face challenges and contribute to solutions.
