As a highly skilled HR generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the success of our organisation. This dynamic position offers a unique opportunity to develop your knowledge and expertise in human resources.

This diverse position involves learning the fundamentals of HR by acquiring experience with employee life-cycles and relations issues. Reporting directly into the National HR Manager, you will provide efficient HR administration support to the business.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage workflow and deadlines for HR systems and functional mailboxes
  • Deliver timely and accurate service for all HR documentation and processes
  • Administrative support and coordination for employee programs
  • Recommend improvements to related processes and service provision
  • HR policy review and management
  • Data entry and administrative tasks

To succeed in this role, you will possess strong administration experience and excellent communication skills (verbal and written). You will also be able to multi-task with conflicting priorities and have intermediate to advanced computer and MS office skills.
