We are seeking a Skilled Labourer to join our team and support our carpenters across a range of high-quality construction and fit-out projects.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with experience on-site who takes pride in their work and knows how to assist carpenters. Most of the work is based in the South East of Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assisting carpenters with framing, fix-out, and general carpentry duties
  • Preparing materials and maintaining a clean, safe workspace
  • Loading / unloading tools and equipment
  • Basic tool use and measuring tasks
  • Following site safety protocols and directions from trades

Requirements :

  • A valid White Card (General Construction Induction)
  • A current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • A Police Check (current or willing to obtain)
  • Basic Tools
  • Prior labouring experience (carpentry background preferred)
  • The ability to be reliable, punctual, and follow instructions
  • Physical fitness and the ability to lift / load materials
