Our ideal candidate will have previous shift lead experience and be able to multitask, organize, and prioritize work while leading the team. They will also be flexible in working hours and willing to cover shifts as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in innovative programs and promotions that drive revenue through increased guest patronage">
  • Running shifts to deliver exceptional guest service on every occasion, demonstrating a 'guest obsession'">
  • Reviewing business results alongside the restaurant manager regularly and openly communicating with the team to create and follow clear action plans to achieve improvement">
  • Maintaining a culture that emphasizes growth, trust, and accountability">
  • Engaging with and promoting continuous improvement and business change">
  • Maintaining health and safety measures">
  • Taking ownership of own development and driving growth opportunities">
