We are seeking an accomplished and compassionate nursing professional to join our dynamic team at a local medical centre. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with experience in primary care to contribute their skills and expertise to delivering high-quality patient care.
Job Description- To provide expert clinical care to patients in a primary care setting, managing on-the-day consultations and supporting patients with a wide range of minor illnesses and long-term conditions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in core nursing practice, excellent knowledge of patient care principles, and the ability to work autonomously under supervision. They will also possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, and sensitivity when interacting with patients and colleagues.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Nursing or an approved nursing qualification.
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Current professional registration and eligibility to practice in the UK.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a general practice or primary care setting, with a strong understanding of core nursing practice and patient care principles. They will be skilled in managing long-term conditions, such as diabetes, asthma, and hypertension, and have experience providing immunisations, health checks, and routine treatment room procedures.
