Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing on-premises virtualised platforms, physical hardware and public cloud services.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable solutions to our clients, while also contributing to the development of our team's technical capabilities.

You will work closely with clients, vendors and delivery partners to design and implement solutions that meet their business needs, while also collaborating with security teams and project stakeholders to ensure designs meet technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement on-premises virtualised platforms, including Active Directory (AD) and Intune management.
  • Manage Azure Local engineering and administration, including upgrading, compliance, provisioning of VMs.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and project stakeholders to create high-quality technical diagrams and architectural artefacts.
  • Work with security teams to ensure designs meet business and technical requirements.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer.
  • 3 tier infrastructure hardware experience.
  • Proven experience with vSphere/VMware, Azure Local engineering and administration, SOE development and configuration, Certificate Management, Active Directory Administration, InTune configuration and administration, Fortimail.
  • Proficiency in scripting and infrastructure as code.
