Digital Accessibility Analyst

We're seeking a skilled Digital Accessibility Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in shaping the digital experience for millions of Australians.

About the Job:

As a Digital Accessibility Analyst, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our digital products and services are accessible to everyone, regardless of ability. This includes developing and implementing accessibility strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and test accessible solutions, and providing expert guidance on accessibility best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement accessibility strategies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to design and test accessible solutions
  • Provide expert guidance on accessibility best practices to internal teams and external partners
  • Identify and prioritize accessibility gaps in existing digital products and services
  • Develop and maintain accessibility policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Experience working in the field of accessibility, preferably in a large, complex organization
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful accessibility strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize accessibility gaps
  • Knowledge of accessibility regulations and standards, including WCAG 2.0/2.1
