Job Description

As a digital design expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions that enhance the user experience of our digital platforms. Your primary focus will be on designing intuitive and engaging interfaces that meet the highest standards of usability and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-fidelity designs, wireframes, and user flows to ensure seamless interactions with our digital products
  • Lead project teams to deliver design solutions within agreed timelines, scope, and quality expectations
  • Collaborate with vendors to source and implement design solutions that align with our strategic objectives
  • Work closely with content producers to ensure design consistency across all digital channels
  • Ideate and develop immersive digital experiences that provide an engaging and accessible user experience

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in UX/UI design principles, digital technologies, and frontend development processes
  • Ability to use UX tools to identify user needs and inform the design process
  • Recognised tertiary qualification in digital media, graphic design, or a relevant discipline, and/or equivalent professional experience working as a UX/UI designer
  • Valid Working with Children Check card or ability to obtain one prior to commencement
