Job Title:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Senior Business Operations Specialist. As a key member of the Operations team, you will be working closely with Recruitment consultants across various regions in Australia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Providing exceptional business operations support to internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of operational tasks related to the life cycle of contractors
  • Collaborating with Recruitment consultants to streamline contracting, payroll, and billing processes
  • Maintaining legal compliance with relevant local legislation
  • Identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies and driving continuous improvements

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Payroll, preferably within a Recruitment Agency
  • Experience with Astute payroll management system is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of Accounting and HR principles
  • Intermediate to Expert level of Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheets - Formulas, Pivot Tables
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • A proven track record in formulating and delivering business process improvements
