We are looking for a talented Business Operations Specialist to join our team.

This role will be responsible for analyzing business processes and developing solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement changes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering and validating business requirements through stakeholder engagement
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Providing high-quality documentation to support business decisions and initiatives

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years' experience in business analysis or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to pivot quickly in response to changing priorities and deadlines

Requirements
  • Commercially aware and outcome-driven mindset
  • Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certification
  • Experience with process mapping, customer journey mapping, and improvement methodologies
  • Exposure to collaboration tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Microsoft Loop, or Azure DevOps
