We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team at Frontline Construction Australia. As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the Project Manager throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Review and assess design and finishes selections to ensure compliance with project objectives.
- Assist the Contract Administrator with variation assessments and ensure accurate tracking of project progress.
- Support the Project Manager with monthly reporting and minute-taking to ensure seamless project execution.
- Establish, implement, and monitor IMS for the project to ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Manage the project using company processes and procedures to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor defect rectification, project programs, and schedules to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Review sub-contractor programs to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Tertiary degree or diploma in Building Management, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Computer literate in Word processing, Excel, programming, and ACONEX or other document control software.
