Role Summary:

As a key business advisor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership
    • Develop strong working relationships with sales teams to achieve business objectives.
    • Validate cost-saving initiatives and work with stakeholders to explore margin opportunities.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
    • Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes for sales and marketing functions.
    • Ensure timely completion of financial reporting and ownership of the business's reporting platform.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Provide insightful analysis on variances to budgets and forecasts.
    • Support the Financial Controller with end-of-month processes.
Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced finance professional with strong analytical skills, commercial awareness, and experience in sales finance roles. NetSuite expertise is preferred, along with costing knowledge.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Business Accounting or a related field, with a minimum 5 years' experience in sales finance roles. Costing experience is required, and FMCG industry knowledge is beneficial.
