Guest Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a guest experience specialist.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and delivering exceptional customer service.
You will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable time amidst the stunning beauty of Australia's rainforest.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver friendly and attentive service to our guests, providing a safe and memorable experience.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a secure environment.
- Use interpersonal skills to connect with guests, build rapport, and create lasting memories.
The ideal candidate is a great people person who can work cohesively with others and independently when needed.
Experience in tourism or customer service is preferred but not essential.
You'll need to be physically fit and able to commit to weekend, public holiday, and school holiday availability.
A current First Aid Certificate and Working with Children Check are also required.
