Adventure Awaits: Become a Zipline Guide

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Zipline Guide to deliver exceptional customer service to guests and ensure they have an unforgettable experience in our beautiful rainforest setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-notch customer experiences, ensuring all visitors have a safe and enjoyable time on the zipline course.
  • Follow established safety procedures and protocols to guarantee a secure environment for all guests.
  • Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to connect with diverse groups of people and provide personalized experiences.
  • Fit safety harnesses and navigate guests through the zipline course with ease.
  • Focus on delivering incredible guest experiences, paying close attention to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the tour area.

About You:

  • Previous experience in tourism or customer service is preferred but not essential.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team and independently when needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Ability to interact positively with diverse groups of people.
  • Current First Aid Certificate and Working with Children Check are necessary.
  • Modest level of physical fitness is required.
