Strategic Information Manager

We are seeking a strategic leader to fill the role of Assistant Director of Strategic Information. This is a key position that will provide expert guidance to government schools on information management frameworks, policies, practices, and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the Information Act 2002 and NT Government Record Keeping Standard, and be able to develop and implement effective solutions to meet these requirements.
This is a senior leadership role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement an information and records management framework for the Department of Education and Training.
- Provide expert advice on information management best practices to government schools.
- Ensure compliance with the Information Act 2002 and NT Government Record Keeping Standard.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement solutions to improve information management within the department and government schools.
