Product Leadership Role

The Product Lead will play a pivotal part in driving product strategy and roadmap for an investment platform, focusing on direct investments. The ideal candidate will lead the development and execution of the product roadmap, craft customer-centric propositions, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and market needs.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap for Investments and Superannuation offerings.
  • Craft customer-centric propositions and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and market needs.
  • Research market trends and competitors; support the positioning of offers in-market.
  • Ensure the ongoing health and governance of the product suite and cross-functional delivery.
Key Skills and Experience
  • Experience in product development within wealth management or investment platforms.
  • Knowledge of IDPS/Wrap platforms is highly regarded.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and customer disclosure materials.
  • Ability to engage cross-functionally and deliver customer-focused outcomes.
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
  • Undergraduate degree required; postgraduate qualifications preferred.
