We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to support business functions across Australia in a national administration team.
About the role- Manage incoming telephone enquiries and pass on messages as required.
- Manage bookings and rescheduling for NDIS services.
- Allocate new referrals to appropriate clinicians based on experience, location and skill set.
- Organise interpreter / AUSLAN services as required.
- Take ownership of site presentation, cleanliness and events preparation.
- Complete site audits as required.
- Review and forward faxes as required.
- Create and update electronic records for existing clients.
- Assist with reporting as required.
- Administration and/or reception experience (desired but not essential).
- Previous health knowledge or experience in the disability sector (desired but not essential).
- A friendly, personable nature able to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately both in spoken and written communication.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new information.
- Skills in task prioritisation and multitasking.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to monitor personal workload and manage own time.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
