Administration Officer

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to support business functions across Australia in a national administration team.

About the role
  • Manage incoming telephone enquiries and pass on messages as required.
  • Manage bookings and rescheduling for NDIS services.
  • Allocate new referrals to appropriate clinicians based on experience, location and skill set.
  • Organise interpreter / AUSLAN services as required.
  • Take ownership of site presentation, cleanliness and events preparation.
  • Complete site audits as required.
  • Review and forward faxes as required.
  • Create and update electronic records for existing clients.
  • Assist with reporting as required.
Key requirements
  • Administration and/or reception experience (desired but not essential).
  • Previous health knowledge or experience in the disability sector (desired but not essential).
  • A friendly, personable nature able to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately both in spoken and written communication.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new information.
  • Skills in task prioritisation and multitasking.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to monitor personal workload and manage own time.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
