At Pacific National, we are seeking an experienced Operations Shift Controller - Logistics Coordinator, to join our team in this exciting role. With a strong focus on safety and operational requirements, you will be responsible for executing schedules and monitoring services to meet these critical objectives.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled logistics professional to take their career to the next level, working on our Lifestyle Roster, with a pattern of days and nights, and a block of days off at the end of each swing. You will benefit from additional shift allowances, making this a highly competitive offering.

The ideal candidate will be a recognised team player, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced shift work environment. Previous logistics experience is preferred, but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role.

You will have excellent time management skills, enabling effective management of deployment and resource allocation. A high level of skill in providing clear and succinct information, verbally and written, is also essential. Intermediate computer skills are a must, with the ability to effectively use operational systems and analyse data to optimise business efficiency.
