A Property Team Role at a National Firm
Job DescriptionThis prominent national law firm has been repeatedly awarded the title of Law Firm of the Year and remains a highly sought-after employer in the industry. Offering a high level of service comparable to top-tier firms, they provide a strong balance of high-quality work without the demands associated with large firms.
The property team is currently seeking the assistance of a legal secretary. Working closely with a Partner and their team, you will assist with the growing demands in the property team, focusing on large-scale development matters.
- Opening new files
- Collating contracts and other documents
- Database management
- Undertaking searches and obtaining certificates
- Assist with coordinating settlements
- Assist with finance tasks
We are looking for an experienced legal secretary or conveyancing assistant who can bring the following skills and expertise to our team:
- Experience as a legal secretary or conveyancing assistant (law firm or conveyancing practice)
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- IT savvy with strong technical skills
- Strong communication skills and an energetic and ambitious attitude to suit this fast-paced team environment
