Strategic Engagement Manager for Infrastructure Development

RPS Group is a leading global professional services firm delivering high-quality, integrated solutions to the built environment sector. We are currently seeking an experienced Strategic Engagement Manager to join our team in Central West NSW.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annumThis role offers a unique opportunity to work on one of NSW's largest infrastructure projects, developing and implementing communication, consultation, and community relations strategies to engage stakeholders and communities.
The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in developing and delivering engagement strategies, working in the infrastructure sector, and managing challenging stakeholders and issues. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to write clearly and edit accurately, and have experience managing people and teams.

This role can be as a temporary 6-month position with possibility of extension or through a contracting arrangement.
About You- Demonstrated experience (10+ years) in developing and delivering communication, consultation, and community relations strategies.
- Experience working in the infrastructure sector.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to write clearly and edit accurately.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and work co-operatively with people at all levels.
- Experience managing people and teams.
- Experience managing challenging stakeholders and issues management.
- Good negotiation and liaison skills with an interest or experience in facilitation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
