Senior Stakeholder Engagement Manager

Our client is seeking a seasoned Communications Specialist to join their team and provide strategic support for transport infrastructure projects in Queensland.
- Collaborate with technical staff to develop communications strategies for engaging stakeholders and managing critical conversations.
- Design and prepare key messaging materials, such as project briefs, media releases, ministerial updates, and stakeholder reports.
- Develop effective stakeholder management approaches and consult with interest groups to foster strong relationships.
- Coordinate community engagement activities for major infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in communications, public relations, or marketing, and have experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships and facilitating critical conversations. They should also be knowledgeable about the infrastructure planning lifecycle and hold a valid driver's license.
This role requires the ability to train and advise project staff and consultants on effective communication techniques and stakeholder engagement strategies.
