We are looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Operations Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our operations.

Job Description:

As a Senior Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in maintaining and repairing surface and underground mining equipment. You will oversee daily workshop operations, ensure high safety standards, and provide guidance to team members.

  2. Maintain and repair surface and underground mining equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  3. Oversee daily workshop operations, including inventory management and stock control.
  4. Lead a team of professionals in achieving operational excellence and delivering high-quality results.
  5. Collaborate with supervisors to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, vendors, and customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in leadership and team management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Extensive knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, Can bus, and low-voltage electrical diagnostics.
  • LF Forklift with Rigging and Dogging licenses highly recommended.
  • Positive attitude and autonomous self-management ability.
  • A valid driver's license.
