Job Overview

We provide comprehensive care services to individuals with disabilities, seeking dedicated professionals to support their needs.

As a valued team member, you'll deliver personalized support in-home and on outings, working flexible shifts to meet client requirements.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Certificate IV in Disability, Community Service, Aged Care
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • National Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • First Aid certificate and CPR
  • NDIS Workers Orientation (preferred)
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Fully COVID Vaccinated (Triple vaccinated) with evidence
  • Current full Driver's license

In addition, you'll bring:

  • Minimum 6 months relevant experience supporting people with disabilities
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proficient written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to prioritise and organise own work/caseload effectively
  • Commitment to professional development, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice
