Job Description

As a Retail Stockroom Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operations of the stockroom. Your responsibilities will include contributing to the effective management of stock, loss prevention, and ensuring compliance with directions from management.


You will also be responsible for managing the organisation and arrangement of the stockroom to maximise efficiency, processing deliveries, and preparing stock for replenishment on the shop floor.


Your primary focus will be on working closely with your team to deliver results and live and role model the Country Road Group values.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the smooth operations of the stockroom through effective management of stock and loss prevention
  • Manage the organisation and arrangement of the stockroom to maximise efficiency and ensure compliance with directions from management
  • Process deliveries and prepare stock for replenishment on the shop floor
  • Report into the Store Manager and advise on the day-to-day running of the stockroom
  • Live and role model the Country Road Group values

  • Flexibility to work weekends and late trading hours according to business needs and peak trade periods
