  • Provide support and participate in testing activities ensuring adequate coverage.
  • Provide ongoing assistance to support teams for functionality released into production.

Requirements

  • Advanced skills in stakeholder engagement, people influencing, and Change Management.
  • Knowledge of Digital Payments, User Experience, API designs, Systems Integration, Data mapping, and User security.
  • Knowledge of regulations as relates to payments, including Privacy.
  • Knowledge of agile business analysis processes and techniques (i.e., Epics, User Stories, Use Cases), Business Process Modelling.
  • Software and solution delivery lifecycle practices, including payments-related project delivery.
  • Experience working on technology-enabled projects involving complex system integrations.
  • Experience working in Agile dispersed teams on-shore and off-shore.
  • Able to manage business stakeholders and run requirements workshops with no minimum supervision.
