Leadership Role

This role is ideal for someone with leadership experience in the cleaning industry who can take ownership of daily operations while ensuring strong client and employee satisfaction.

  • Supervise, train, and develop cleaning team members
  • Ensure properties are cleaned and styled according to property descriptions
  • Maintain safety standards during transit and at properties
  • Monitor and replenish consumables at properties
  • Check and prepare linen, consumables, and cleaning kits
  • Maintain company vehicles (cleaning, fuelling, logbooks)
  • Communicate effectively with team members via messaging tools
  • Support business management functions, including liaising with stakeholders
  • Assist with property inspections, bond checks, and cleaning audits
  • Contribute to recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new staff
  • Provide estimates and quotations to clients
  • Respond to emergency callouts when required

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience (employed or business owner)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in using communication tools
  • A proactive and positive attitude
