As a cleaning leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of cleaners to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness.

  • Lead and manage a team to ensure seamless operations and high-quality results
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning protocols to meet client expectations
  • Maintain open communication with guests, colleagues, and management to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure consistency and excellence in cleaning services

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in cleaning and housekeeping, with leadership experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational, presentation, customer service, and communication skills
  • Proficient in computer skills, including basic software applications
  • Clean police record, vaccination certificate, and professional references required
