Contracting Specialist Job Description">

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Contracting Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping supplier partnerships while ensuring we meet strict legal, regulatory, and internal standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of procurement categories and the associated supplier landscape, with experience in negotiating commercial terms and fees. They will also possess project management skills and a minimum of 7 years' procurement negotiation experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle small to medium negotiations including contract work, market analysis and financial analysis
  • Support supplier onboarding and manage the contracting process end-to-end
  • Interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams in support of supplier sourcing

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of procurement categories and the associated supplier landscape
  • Experience in negotiating commercial terms and fees
  • Minimum 7 years' procurement negotiation experience
  • Project management qualification or significant experience in this field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, Operations or related area
  • Industry certification such as FCIPS, CIPS, IACCM or CPSM
