**Join the team**

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Category Manager to join our high performing team. The role reports to the Head of Procurement and will be responsible for developing, leading and implementing category plans and strategies based on research and analysis to optimise commercial outcomes at Group and Brand level.

**What you'll be doing**- Partner with stakeholders and gain agreement on category strategies, provide best procurement outcomes and to enhance stakeholder engagement and promote collaboration- Lead negotiations on high impact, complex supply arrangements and contract issues to deliver better category outcomes- Work with the wider procurement team to develop, detailed contract management plans, KPIs, performance reviews, benefits tracking and reporting for significant procurement spend categories

**To be successful in this team you will have**:
- Strong level of experience in managing procurement category plans and strategies- Strong communication skills to efficiently communicate strategies and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.- Strong experience in building relationships- Ability to ensure effective governance, approach to procurement and contract management are integrated into procurement activities- Experience in developing procurement strategies based on market conditions, category/service analysis together with knowledge of business demand and requirements.
