Key Responsibilities:
  • Domestic Assistance: Cleaning the home of older people to ensure a safe and beautiful living environment.
  • Assisting with meal preparation and shopping to promote healthy eating habits.
  • Providing social support and access to lifestyle activities to combat loneliness and isolation.
  • Personal care, including getting customers up, showered, and dressed for the day, managing medication, and assisting with mobility and therapy goals.
  • Offering respite and emotional support to customers and their families.
  • Transporting customers to appointments and providing social support.
  • Delivering complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia.

Requirements:
  • You must care about assisting our aged community and have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
  • You should be able to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask for help.
  • Availability to work at least 3 days, Monday to Friday, is required.
