Home Care Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team in Alexandra Hills. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping
  • Offer social support and access to lifestyle activities
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support customers with mobility and therapy goals
  • Provide respite and emotional support
  • Transport customers to appointments

Requirements:
  • You must care about assisting our aged community
  • You must have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle
  • You must be able to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems
  • You must be available to work at least 3 days - Monday to Friday
