Job Title: Senior Financial Accountant

About the Role:

This is a key role in our finance team where you will contribute to driving financial accuracy, compliance and process efficiency. You will be responsible for month-end financial reporting, general ledger reviews & reconciliations, preparation of budgets & forecasts, tax compliance, managing internal & external audits, overseeing customer rebate & incentive accruals, driving process improvements & system efficiencies, business partnering with stakeholders to support commercial decision-making, and oversight of AP & AR functions.

About You:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Accountant who is passionate about process improvement and commercial finance. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy taking ownership of financial operations, identifying efficiencies and implementing change.

  • You hold a CPA/CA qualification and have solid experience in a similar financial accounting role within multinational FMCG, manufacturing or wholesale industries.
  • You possess strong technical accounting knowledge & compliance experience, advanced Excel skills (experience with large data sets & reconciliations), and proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders & drive financial insights.
  • You have experience working with high transaction volumes in a complex, commercial environment and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
