Industrials Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrials Sales Professional to join our team. As an Industrials Sales Professional, you will be responsible for promoting sales to potential and existing clients, providing quotes and over-the-counter sales and support, assisting with warranty claims/fault finding/problem solving, and providing exceptional after-sales service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promoting sales to potential and existing clients
  • Providing quotes and over-the-counter sales and support
  • Assisting with warranty claims/fault finding/problem solving
  • Providing exceptional after-sales service and support
Requirements
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Fitter and Machinist Trade Certificate or equivalent from similar trade background
  • Selling and Sales Skills
  • Experience in Hydraulic Service
  • Customer-focused
  • The ability to grow sales and maintain client relationships
  • Can-Do attitude, Energetic, Action-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Hands-on approach
  • Ideal experience in the hydrocarbon transfer industry
  • Knowledge of various styles of pumps, reels, valves, hydraulics, filters
  • Proficient PC Skills
  • Previous experience or knowledge with ERP and CRM systems
