Research Scientist - Biomedical Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Scientist to join our team as a Biomedical Data Analyst. This role will involve working closely with our research scientists and clinicians to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge algorithms and computational tools for analyzing complex biomedical data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop novel computational methods and tools for analyzing large-scale genomic and proteomic datasets.
  • Collaborate with researchers and clinicians to identify areas of need and develop solutions to complex biomedical problems.
  • Develop and maintain high-performance computing environments and workflows for large-scale data analysis.
Requirements:
  • PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Experience with programming languages such as R, Python, and Java.
  • Strong understanding of statistical and machine learning concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
