Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned civil engineering leader to spearhead multidisciplinary projects, driving impactful outcomes and strategic direction.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Craft and deliver complex civil projects, overseeing design results and serving as the primary interface between clients, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Support land development project planning and delivery, ensuring alignment with applicable design standards, planning frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare documentation for approvals and liaise with councils, authorities, and service providers to facilitate smooth project progression.
  • Apply technical expertise to translate project requirements into practical design solutions that balance commercial, environmental, and community considerations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure design quality, compliance, and timely delivery across all phases of the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (Chartered status preferred)
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in land development and civil engineering projects
  • Proven experience working in a similar role within Australia
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong collaboration skills and a team-focused mindset
