OverviewAccelerate your career with this Principal Civil Engineer opportunity with AECOM, focusing on Defence Infrastructure in Western Australia. Responsibilities- Providing technical design and leadership on multi-disciplinary project teams in delivering concept designs, detailed designs, and assessments across civil infrastructure projects.
- Being proactive to deliver high-quality and timely technical outputs that meet client expectations.
- Champion innovation and digital solutions to enhance client value and project outcomes.
- Mentor junior engineers and empower both your and their careers.
- Civil Engineering Degree or appropriate equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and meeting delivery requirements.
- Extensive experience within Defence Infrastructure in Australia and hold relevant clearances.
- Strong Leadership with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexible work arrangements, including alternative start/finish times, part-time, job-sharing and hybrid work options
- Purchase up to 6 weeks additional annual leave per year
