Lead Our Nursing Team at Animal Referral Hospital

We are seeking a seasoned and compassionate Nurse Manager to oversee our nursing staff at Animal Referral Hospital in Minchinbury. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, fostering a collaborative work environment, and driving quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of top-quality care to our patients.
  • Coordinate patient care activities, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal utilization of resources.
  • Collaborate with veterinarians and other departments to optimize patient outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate nursing practices to identify areas for improvement and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous learning among the nursing staff.
Requirements:
  • Cert IV Qualified Vet Nurse
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a veterinary or animal care setting.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of veterinary nursing practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
