Job Opportunity: Audit Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Audit Management Professional to lead internal audits and drive business improvement for a rapidly growing financial services organization.

About the Role:

  • Leverage risk-based auditing methodologies to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including compliance and risk management teams, to ensure seamless integration and effective remediation activities.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to meet organizational goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulatory requirements, and best practices in auditing and risk management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-6 years' experience in an audit-related function, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues, managers, and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of identifying and mitigating risks, with a solid understanding of risk and control frameworks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with relevant certifications (e.g., CAIA, CFA) a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
