About the Role

The Quantitative Analyst will join the Treasury team in a broad role focusing on the following responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement risk management strategies
- Monitor and address issues related to trading activities, risk management, and risk systems
- Participate in ad-hoc projects to drive business growth and improvement

Requirements

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

- 2+ years of experience in a quantitative analyst role
- 2+ years of experience building models from scratch
- Experience working with balance sheets across both assets and liabilities
- Experience working with swaps, options, FX, interest rate risk, and hedging
- Degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or Finance
- Experience within Banking or Financial Services will be highly regarded
- Experience within Securitization or Structured Finance will be highly regarded
- Experience working with Python, R, Tableau, SQL, VBA, PowerBI, etc.

What We Offer

The salary on offer is $120k to $160k base + super + bonus potential.
