Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual to join our team as a Disability Support Worker. As a valued member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of people with disabilities in Sydney and its surrounding areas.

This is a rewarding role that requires a high level of commitment, reliability, and dedication to delivering exceptional care. You will work closely with clients who require assistance with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and social support.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to communicate effectively with clients, family members, and other healthcare professionals, and be able to provide emotional support and guidance when needed.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III or IV in Disability (or Aged/Individual Support) Care or equivalent recognition given to suitable overseas Nursing/Medical or related qualifications, a current First Aid Certificate, a current Police Check, a Working With Children Check, and full COVID-19 Vaccination.
