Disability Support Worker Role

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to fill a Disability Support Worker position in Northern Beaches.

The ideal candidates will possess a genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities, with no prior experience required but a willingness to learn and make a positive impact essential.

  • Support clients in developing and maintaining their independence while advocating for their unique needs.
  • Provide personalized care, including mealtime assistance, personal care, medication administration, and manual handling using specialized equipment.
  • Transport clients using our wheelchair-accessible vans and pool cars.
  • Monitor client well-being and report progress.
