Set back from traffic and surrounded by expansive landscaped gardens, this award-winning community offers a peaceful lifestyle with a variety of amenities.

The village consists of both Independent living units and Serviced Apartments (No Aged Care).

A motivated and flexible team member is required to join us as a Village Support Officer on a casual basis. A variety of shifts are available, including morning and afternoon shifts combined with sleepover shifts.

Reporting to the Village Manager, your key duties will include:

  • Assisting with colourful village events
  • Overseeing community facilities
  • Responding to resident enquiries
  • Responding to call outs
  • Undertaking first aid
  • Initiating emergency services where required
  • Basic admin tasks
  • Conducting welfare checks on residents

About You:

  • A current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or be willing to obtain)
  • The ability to make decisions and remain calm under pressure
  • Be motivated and able to take initiative
  • Basic computer skills
