Job Title:

A Community Manager position is available in a vibrant retirement village in Lane Cove North.

About the Role:

This role requires an experienced community manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the village, ensuring the comfort and well-being of residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the retirement village, including resident services and facilities.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, their families, and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks to ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures, as well as statutory and regulatory requirements.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality service delivery.
  • Knowledge of NSW Retirement Villages legislation and best practices.
  • Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office products.
  • Previous experience in community management or hospitality desired.
